These terms apply to orders of the Q Sun Visor from DIERRE POZNAŃ Sp. z o.o., ul. Ostrowska 382, 61-312 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7822388985, via bristellsunvisor.com.

The product

The Q Sun Visor is a handmade carbon-fiber sun visor built to order for low-wing Bristell aircraft (NG5, LSA, HD, B23, RG, TDO). It is not compatible with the high-wing B8. Each unit is custom-made to the specification of your aircraft.

Price and payment

The price is €1,500, excluding VAT, plus shipping. Orders shipped outside the EU are exported without Polish VAT; import duties or local taxes may apply on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility. Submitting the form is a request, not a payment. After we confirm your slot we issue an invoice; payment is by bank transfer (card payment via Stripe can be arranged on request).

Lead time and production

Production is limited to 3–4 units per month, allocated first come, first served. Your confirmation will state your production slot and estimated ship date. Each unit takes roughly 70 hours of 3D printing and 15 hours of hand assembly.

Shipping and installation

The visor ships worldwide in a protective box (approx. 80 × 100 cm, 5 kg). Alternatively you may fly in to Leszno Airfield (EPLS), Poland, for free personal installation.

Right of withdrawal (custom-made goods)

Under EU consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases. This right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)). Because each Q Sun Visor is custom-made to your aircraft, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once production begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Warranty

We warrant that the visor is free from manufacturing defects. If a defect appears, contact us and we will repair or replace the unit. Normal wear, damage from misuse, or modification is not covered. Your statutory consumer rights under EU law are unaffected.
